Rouge Theatre Co was founded in 2019, the company’s aim is to produce traditional theatre in untraditional venues. With the city of Brisbane growing and its nightlife increasing, Rouge theatre wanted to embrace the new culture and add to what the city has to offer. The company strives to offer audiences productions that are relevant and have the ability to resonate with every individual that comes to see the shows. By taking traditional pieces of theatre and mixing them with unlikely bars and newly converted black box theatre's it allows audiences to experience art in a different ways.
